FIA Decided to Arrest Ex-PM Imran Khan in Prohibited Funding Case

Newstoday: Federal investigation agency recently announced to arrest of former Prime minister of Pakistan Imran Khan for funding case prohibition. According to sources, the FIA would work with the Lahore police to apprehend Imran Khan. Four member team is formed to arrest him, on the other hand, DG FIA has sent the final approval. Islamabad high court rejected the petition made by PTI on 2nd February against ECP in prohibiting funding cases.

Furthermore, the Investigation department has registered a case against the PTI chief and 10 other members. The defendants, including the former prime minister, violated the Foreign Currency Act, and all of the designated individuals were recipients of the personal bank account, according to the case's (FIR).
