According to the ruling, Imran Riaz Khan has been cleared of the charge of insulting the government institution. Hearing Information Imran Riaz Khan, a senior anchor for Bol News, was brought before the District Court in a case involving cybercrime, and a physical remand order was also made before Judicial Magistrate Ghulam Murtaza Work.

Imran Riaz Khan's attorney, Mian Ali Ashfaq, appeared on his behalf and claimed that the FIA's request for physical remand lacked any justification. He stated that Imran Riaz has been charged with making hate speech and that the petition claims that Imran Riaz's speech is within the purview of the FIA. He continued by stating that the FIA's territorial limits should be taken into consideration, the term "legal limits" has not been used, and when there is no crime found to have been proven, the accused is released from the case, in contrast to other cases of a similar nature. The case brought against the accused was dismissed by the same court, but Imran Riaz Khan's case should also be dropped.

There is no one in this court who is not a patriot, according to Mian Ali Ashfaq, who claimed that making this claim is not illegal. He claimed that while Imran Riaz Khan has not specifically targeted any institutions, the federal government is beating the drum by making outrageous accusations.
