International US Bans Novak Djokovic from Entering US Due to Unvaccinated Against Covid-19

Newstoday: Novak Djokovic, the world number one, has quit the upcoming ATP/WTA Indian Wells Premier event, organizers said on Sunday, with the Serb prevented from entering the country. Djokovic is barred from entering the US because he has not been immunized against COVID-19 but has petitioned US officials for special permission to travel. The ATP 1000 event in Indian Wells, California, begins next Monday, followed by the famous tournament in Miami, which Djokovic is now scheduled to miss unless US officials change their minds.

The united states stop allowing the people who are not vaccinated overseas tourist to enter in the country. Due to his vaccination status, Djokovic was left for Australia just before the 2022 Australian Open. He skipped the US Open last year after winning Wimbledon due to travel restrictions.
