Islamabad Court Grants Bail to PTI Member Fawad Chaudhry in Sedition Case

NewsToday: In a recent sedition case, the district and session court ordered that Fawad Chaudhry be granted bail.He threatened the Election commission of Pakistan and was arrested for his misbehavior. Fawad was arrested from his residence, placed in Lahore in January, and completed his two-day remands in Adiala Jail. The Islamabad police registered a case against him and arrested him from his spot. Additionally, session court judge Faizan Gillani accepted his bail request. Gillani added that Fawad should refrain from making similar comments in the future.. The decision was made after he suffered from 2-day remand. The Court accepted the bail against a twenty thousand bond.

Today's hearing in Court

In today's hearing, Fawad Chaudhry's Lawyer appeal the session Court his bail. The lawyer said the nation's people could not be leveled on such remarks against two words". After Awan presented his statement, court judges asked him what Fawad's statement meant to treat the ECP family. 

The Judge said that Fawad is a senior parliamentarian, and in response, Awan said in the Past, the PTI leader was also called "tractor trolley.
The Judge then said that Fawad spoke about ECP families and do you know Awan's literacy rate in Pakistan. Do you know how such leaders' statements can impact how the country is led?The election commissioner's lawyer noted that further investigation could be held at any time.  The Judge replied Fawad had no such issues but accepted his bail.
