Jazz Starts Trials of Free Instant Communication app Known as BiP

Jazz Starts

Newstoday: Jazz has begun trials in Pakistan of the immediate free communication and life platform BiP. According to sources, the telecom giant began the experiments after receiving two months of provisional approval from the Pakistan Telecommunication Authority (PTA). BiP is a free instantaneous communication app that goes beyond secure messaging to provide a full communication and life platform, including high-quality video and voice calls, secret messages, and instant translation, as well as channels on  sports, entertainment, food, and fashion.

It is already used in 192 countries.Smartphone users in Pakistan can get the BiP app from their preferred app store. If there is good internet connection in a location where mobile coverage is not accessible or is poor, the user's call will be automatically redirected to Wi-Fi. Jazz was granted permission to run BiP application trails in the last week of February, following security clearance. According to officials, the trials will be done on a non-exclusive and non-permanent basis, with requests limited to the Jazz intra-network. During the trials, PTA guidelines will be rigorously followed.

PTA teams will inspect the entire procedure and prepare a report during the trials. Teams will ensure that the trials have no impact on the PTA's DIRBS or any other systems.
