More than 4,000 Islamic Books and the Holy Quran Burnt in India, Spokesperson of Foreign Office

Newstoday: The spokesperson of the Foreign Office has said that more than 4,000 Islamic books and the Holy Quran were burnt in India. During the weekly briefing, Foreign Office Spokesperson Mumtaz Zahra Baloch said that India strongly condemns atrocities on Muslims. Worst atrocities are being committed on Muslims in 9 states of India. More than 4000 Islamic books and Holy Quran were burnt in India.

The spokesman said that Pakistan supports the OIC's statement condemning the atrocities on Muslims in India. We support the condemnation of atrocities on Kashmiris in Occupied Kashmir and the condemnation statement of the United Nations authorities in this regard.

Reacting to the incident of firing on the Pakistan-Iran border, the spokesperson of the Foreign Office said that the governments of Pakistan and Iran are in contact on this issue.
