Pakistani Students Secure Top Positions in Huawei’s ICT Competition

Newstoday: The Huawei ICT competition is lasting in its seventh installment held in this year. The first competition was held in 2019, with around 146 teams from 36 countries. Before the final competition, more than 74 countries and around 120,000 students took participated in the ICT competition. Pakistan placed in the second position and also won the third prize in the network trach and the innovative tech competition.

The winner name was Muhammad Faeezm Asad Anwar and Faheem, who won the second position and belonged to UET Mehran. Maryam Fareed from Lahore College for university and other students from Fast University in Islamabad. This year the level of females exceeded 21 % from 8% last year. Students belong from UAE and Kazakhstan bagged the first prize in the network track. Moreover, the teams came from Saudi, Jordan also won thrid prize in the row in the innovative tracks.
