PML-Z Chairman Ijazul Haq, the Son of Former COAS Gen Ziaul Haq, Joins PTI

Newstoday: Pakistani Muslim League-Zia (PML-Z) leader Ijazul Haq has joined the Pakistan Tehreek-e-Insaf (PTI). The statement was made after Ijazul Haq met with PTI Chairman Imran Khan at his Zaman Park mansion in Lahore. Ijazul Haq told journalists after the meeting, "We have worked and be with them for a long time.". We shall battle together in the elections." Concerning the current situation, Ijazul Haq stated that the country should be free of difficulties and that Imran Khan was willing to talk to anyone in the country's best interests.He stated that he would run for office on a PTI ticket in the upcoming election. According to Haq, Pakistan Muslim League-Nawaz (PML-N) candidate Noorul Hassan Tanvir received 91,000 votes from NA-169 Bahawalnagar in the 2018 general elections.
