Russia Became 2ND Largest Crude Oil Supplier to Pakistan

Newstoday: Pakistan is expected to receive its first oil delivery from Russia by the end of April, paving the path for a much larger agreement. According to a report, the cargo does not mark the commencement of Russian oil imports. Moscow has asked Pakistani delegates to confirm the import of a single cargo first to bridge the confidence gap between the two countries. According to information, the Russian side is skeptical of Pakistan's willingness to complete the contract, which would see Russia become Pakistan's second-largest crude oil supplier behind Saudi Arabia.

During a recent discussion, the Russian delegate requested that, for now, only a single shipment would be imported. Russia would receive its payment in the Russian rubble OR Chinese Yan, Uae Dirham, against oil supplies. Minister of petroleum Musadik Malik says that Russia agreed to provide crude oil at very discounted rates. But still, there is no such offer presented on the table by Russia.
