News Today: The Federal Cabinet gave its approval to authorize the designated officer of the sensitive institution to trace the call, which was given through circulation.
According to the statement, the approval of the summary has been given in view of apprehension of an offense in the interest of national security, while the Cabinet has given this authority under Section 54 of the Pakistan Telecommunication Act, 1996.
