Total Death Toll Climbs Over 41,000 due to Deadly Earthquake in Turkey and Syria

Newstoday: After the deadly earthquake hit the entire region of Turkiye and Syria, almost 41 thousand people died in the catastrophe with the 7.8 magnitudes. According to international media, the death rate only in Turkiye has exceeded 35,418 and many are injured whereas in Syria around 5,800 people died in Syria. Tayyip Erdogan, the Turkish President has told the media that around 2.2 million people left the Earthquake-affected areas of Turkiye. About a week, ago, the rescue team is still working on this course. Many people pulled out alive after 208 hours. Around 9 people were rescued alive under the wreckage in Turkiye.
