World Most Expensive Car Number Plate Sold in Dubai for PKR 4.31 Billion

Newstoday: The world record for the most expensive number plate ever sold was recently smashed in Dubai. Because of the number plate design, the plate read 'P 7' in Dubai worth $15 million for it. It's not the first time the number '7' has been in short supply as a number plate, with numerals considered lucky in many cultures throughout the world. The prior record-holder was the number plate '1', which was purchased for £7.2 million by local business owner Saeed Abdul Ghaffar Khouri in 2008. The plate was seen on vehicles such as the Rolls-Royce Cullinan and the Mercedes G-Wagen.
