Dollar Price Reached at Rs 306 in the Open Market

Newstoday: According to the State Bank, the gap between interbank and open market dollar rates is now 18 rupees, up from 1 to 3 rupees previously. The dollar's value continues to grow, with the dollar reaching 306 rupees in the open market after falling for the fifth straight day in the interbank market.

The dollar was worth 287 rupees after losing 44 paise in interbank trading.In this respect, Malik Bustan, President of the  (ECAP), told The Express Tribune that the rupee is coming under pressure due to increased dollar demand in financial institutions. As banks need 10 million dollars on a daily basis to make it balance.
