Emergency medical care is unavailable to train passengers

Railways

News Today:  Despite the fact that Pakistan Railways claims it is providing better travel facilities to the public, emergency medical facilities are not available to train passengers.

Pakistan Railways, which provides safe travel facilities to the public, is running dozens of passenger trains from Peshawar to Karachi and from Karachi to Lahore. Thousands of passengers, including children and adults, women and men, are traveling in these trains every day. However, it has often been seen that none of the dozens of trains running for thousands of passengers every day has a medical dispensary or doctor.

Due to the lack of these facilities, passengers may face problems and difficulties in any emergency situation.

Passengers say that the lack of medical facilities during long journeys is not without danger, so the government should provide doctors and dispensaries in passenger trains so that passengers can get medical facilities.
