PCB sacked Captain and Head Coach after reducing selection committee members

News Today: PCB has reduced the selection committee to five members.The board last week included 7 selectors along with 4 non-voting members in the committee but now PCB has updated the number of selection committee members on the website. According to the Pakistan Cricket Board, there are only 5 members in the selection committee. Apart from the captain and head coach, the members are included.
Board members include Aleem Dar, Aqib Javed, Asad Shafiq, Azhar Ali, and Hasan Cheema; non-voting members have also been removed.Sources say that the role of the selectors has also been increased in the playing eleven, in view of which the selectors will announce the team after consulting the coach and captain, the selectors will finalize the playing eleven in consultation with the coach And the captain.
