Punjab HEC Wants to Include Japanese Language in Syllabus

Newstoday: Prof. Dr. Shahid Munir, Chairperson of the (PHEC), made a special revelation during a recent event hosted by the Pakistan-Japan Socio-Economic Association. The commission would suggest that Japanese be included to the school program. Dr. Munir expounded on the reasoning behind this move, emphasizing its potential to strengthen Pakistan-Japan commercial relations. Pakistan hopes to strengthen connections with Japan's famous automotive, electronics, and equipment sectors by adopting the Japanese language.Dr. Munir also provided light on continuing initiatives to improve educational facilities and increase enrolment. He emphasized the need for technical and vocational education in the preparation of a trained workforce.

The introduction of the Japanese language at higher education institutions will allow Pakistani graduates to pursue career opportunities. Building Japanese language skill would enhance the crucial role in scholarship between the two countries.The showcase, which transformed the PIFD campus into an exhibition venue, drew a wide range of visitors, including industrialists, academics, students, parents, and members of the general public. On the first day, visitors enthusiastically examined each department's galleries, marvelling at the artistic achievements of the graduating students.
