Newstoday: Oman and Saudi Arabia have come to an agreement to merge their visit visas to boost tourism. The tourism ministers of Saudi Arabia and Oman recently met to discuss ways in which they could collaborate to promote their respective countries as desirable tourist destinations. During their meeting, they explored ideas such as easing travel between the nations, exchanging tourism calendars, and encouraging trade and investment in the tourism industry.

They also discussed supporting entrepreneurs in the field and implementing joint tourism programs focused on camping and adventure tourism. Ultimately, their goal is to attract more visitors from around the world, as well as citizens of both countries and other GCC nations. To achieve this, they are considering offering united tourist visas, seasonal flights, and a coordinated tourism calendar.
