Price of Chicken Meat Rises up to 800 Rupees Per KG in Karachi

Newstoday: Chicken meat now costs Rs 800 per kg in Karachi. Along with the milk dealers, the chicken meat vendors have also unfairly raised prices. Yesterday, chicken meat could be purchased for between Rs 700 and Rs 750 per kg in several areas of the city. As of today, however, the price of chicken meat in Karachi has increased to Rs 800 per kg, while the price of a live chicken is Rs 510 per kg. The government of Karachi is helpless in the face of illegal profiteers like milk vendors.
