Newstoday: The dollar is now falling sharply against the value of the rupee in the international market. The dollar reached a record high in the interbank market yesterday, and its value swiftly grew, with the dollar closing at Rs 285 and 9 paisa, a total of 18 rupees 98 paisa at the conclusion of business. With the start of trading on Friday, the dollar is losing ground versus the rupee.

The first dollar was 5 rupees, 9 paisa cheaper during interbank activity, and the dollar became 280 rupees. The dollar declined more throughout the business day, falling by Rs 7.9 paise to Rs 278.
