TLP Announces Countrywide Shutter-Down Strike Against Petrol Prices

Newstoday: Saad Rizvi, the leader of Tehreek-e-Labbaik Pakistan (TLP), declared on Monday a statewide protest against rise in petrol price of petroleum products on February 27. The TLP issued the administration a 72-hour deadline last week to stop raising the price of petroleum goods in accordance with IMF instructions. People have been urged to embrace the TLP's plea to end the turmoil and to save future. Saad Rizvi call people to support him to get rid of this political and economical crises. During his video message, he and his deputy Syed Zaheer-ul-hassan has said that he has given the deadline to stop increase the price of petrol.

Pakistani gvernment has increase the petrol price on 16 Feburary by Rs 22.20 after the deal was made with IMF.
