Finland Elections: Sanna Marin Defeated by Right Wing Party in a Tight Race

Newstoday: Finland conservative party leader Petteri Orpo won the nail bitting elections race after defeating Sanna Marin former Prime minister of Finnland. The winning party said that the we got the biggest mandate after scoring 20.8% votes after defeating the center-left party ahead. Ms. Marin suffered a crushing defeat despite increasing her party's seats and receiving 19.9% of the vote. She has excellent poll ratings and has been generally lauded for ushering Finland into Nato membership and guiding her country through the Covid-19 epidemic. The center-left leader lost the election race after the conservative leader announced victory. "Congratulations to the winners of the elections, as well as the National Coalition Party and the Finns Party.
