German Minister Visit Taiwan in First Official Visit after 26 years

Newtoday: Education minister of Germany's minister signed an agreement of technology cooperation with Taiwan, as it was the first trip to the island in 26 years. Bettina Stark-Watzinger ends the deal wth the Science and Technology Agreement to NSTC that undoubtedly enrage China. Beijing considers the self-ruled democratic island to be its territory, which it intends to seize one day – by force if necessary. China consistently opposes official interactions between Taiwan and its international allies. This agreement will boost military, economicaly and diplomtically in response of travels to Taiwan. Her visit comes just two months after a high-level German parliamentary delegation visited Taiwan.
