NAB Asks Malik Riaz to Reveal 190 Million Payment Settlement

NewsToday: The National Accountability Bureau (NAB) has called real estate billionaire Malik Riaz and the closest officials to PTI Chairman Imran Khan in a case involving a £190 million (Rs50 billion) settlement on December 1.

According to a NAB letter, the owner of Bahria Town, Malik Riaz, has been invited to appear before a joint forensic team of the anti-corruption watchdog on December 1 at 11 a.m. at the bureau's Rawalpindi headquarters.

"According to Section 19 of the National Accountability Ordinance of 1999." The notification indicated that an investigation was launched against holders of public office and others for abuse of authority, financial gain, and criminal breach of trust in the recovery of illicit proceeds obtained from the United Kingdom, as well as unlawful sealing of its records.
