Sardar Tanveer Ilyas Becomes First AJK PM to be Disqualified by AJK High Court

Newstoday: Prime Minister Sardar Tanveer Ilyas was expelled by the Azad Kashmir High Court for disrespecting the court. Due to allegations of contempt of court, the full court bench of the Azad Kashmir High Court removed Sardar Tanveer Ilyas from the legislature. The Prime Minister was sentenced until the court's dismissal, according to the bench's announcement, which was read aloud by Judge Khalid Rashid in court. Today, Sardar Tanveer Ilyas was scheduled to appear before the Supreme Court, but instead, he and his cabinet members walked directly to the Prime Minister's Mansion.
