- 14, March , 2023

Newstoday: According to a Saudi source, around 800,000 Muslims from outside Saudi Arabia have applied for Umrah or a more minor pilgrimage during the approaching Ramadan. Last week, Saudi Arabia stated that Muslims inside and outside the nation can use the Nusuk app to get Umrah visas for Ramadan, which starts later this month."About 800,000 persons from outside the country have registered on the Nusuk platform for Ramadan Umrah so far," Abdul Rahman Shams, Ministry of Hajj for Umrah affairs, informed Saudi television Al Ekhbariya.
The nusuk.sa platform enables Muslims who desire to conduct Umrah or visit holy locations to electronically receive the necessary visas and licenses and book-related bundles. Saudi Arabia anticipates that the number of Umrah pilgrims will approach 9 million by the end of Ramadan, the Umrah season's traditional peak. Overseas Candidates' Umrah permits in Ramadan should show their valid visas during registration.
